Satisfaction guaranteed: Your satisfaction with our product is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, just return it within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Any item returned must be in its original condition and in its original packaging. A full refund (exclusive of shipping fees) will be applied to your original purchase credit card for the price of the item(s) returned that meet these conditions.

Please include the packing slip with your return and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of mail for shipment.

Note: Items purchased from an Authorized Walker Bay retailer must be returned to the place of purchase.
